Rehearsal Information
Rehearsal is mandatory for all graduating students. Please follow the instructions strictly for a smooth ceremony.

Important:
Graduates must complete Reporting & Verification (09:00 AM – 10:00 AM) at the
Main Gate / Verification Desk before entering the Rehearsal session.
What Happens in Rehearsal
You will practice seating, movement and stage procedure.
- Seat allocation confirmation (Graduate Zone seating).
- Group calling practice (department/degree/serial order).
- Stage movement practice: seat → line-up → stage → return path → seat.
- Degree receiving procedure: approach point, stand position, exit direction.
- Instructions for photography queue and movement discipline.
Dress Code & Rules (Strict)
Follow volunteers and keep discipline.
- Official academic gown is required during rehearsal and ceremony.
- Wear formal attire under the gown and comfortable formal shoes.
- Keep mobile phones on silent mode.
- Do not block aisles / stage paths and do not change seats without instructions.
- Follow volunteer directions for seating, movement, and photography.
Missing rehearsal may cause seat/entry restrictions or stage participation issues.

Bring these- Graduate pass / registration proof (if required)
- Official academic gown
- Comfortable formal shoes
- Mobile phone (silent mode)
- Arrive early to avoid last-minute crowd
- Follow help/volunteer desk instructions
