What is Included in the Kit?
Your official convocation package may include:
- Graduate Pass / Entry Pass
- Guest Passes (if registered)
- Convocation Card / Registration Slip (with QR/serial if applicable)
- Official guidelines & schedule sheet
- Gown/Cap/Hood instructions or token (if distributed separately)
Please check spelling, student ID, guest count, and QR/serial before leaving the counter.
Who Can Collect the Kit?
Follow these rules for collection:
- The graduating student should collect the kit.
- If permitted, an authorized person may collect with:
- Authorization letter from student
- Copy of Student ID / NID
- Required confirmation documents (if asked)
Documents Required (Recommended)
Bring the following items:
- Registration confirmation / PDF card
- bKash TrxID / payment proof (if applicable)
- NID / Passport copy (if requested)
Guest Pass Verification
If you registered guests, ensure:
- Guest pass matches Guest Name and Relation.
- Correct number of guests (Maximum 4).
- Each guest must carry a valid pass at all times.
- Kids allowed up to 30 inches (≈ 3 years).

Do not wait until convocation day to correct errors.
